The world-renowned gaming operator needed a centralized solution for managing their electronic gaming machines (EMG) in a way that is easily accessible, managed remotely and most importantly G2S compliant. They trusted Ineor to develop and integrate a single management point that can verify and manage any gaming machine plugged into the network in accordance and compliance with G2S.

Ineor completely independently designed the idea and architecture of a comprehensive platform, that allowed centralized and remote-controlled management of land-based gaming machines. Our team developed and integrated a solution that enables multiple (business) users to connect to one entry point to upload and license particular games onto their EGM’s, at any time, from anywhere. On top of that the platform facilitates management as (business) users can also remotely access the functionalities of the machines, get forthwith notified of errors and thus quicker and easier detect risks and deal with malfunctions, as small as a paper jam or as crucial as an unresponsive display. The open two-way communication between EGM’s as and host systems reduces involvement of multiple on-site employees, saves time and resources.

On behalf of the client, Ineor also certified the platform, making it G2S compliant. This allowed the client to expand their slots into new markets, where G2S technology is mandatory, obtain more players globally and due to drop of errors and down time of machines, make their players experience effortless and fun.
